Telefonla toplantıya katılanlarla seslenen Bakan Çelik, "Yol çalışmamız herkese hayırlı olsun. Zor bir süreçten geçerek bu yolun inşaat çalışmasına başlamış bulunuyorsunuz. Bu yolun karayolları bünyesinde yapılması önemli bir mücadeleyi gerektirdi. Bir rüyayı ve bir hedefimizi daha gerçekleştirdik" diye konuştu.
Toplantının ardından Vali Güvenç ve beraberindekiler, ilçe sakinleriyle görüşmeler yaptı.
Fransa’da ormanlık alanda bulunan erkek cesedinin bir aydır kayıp olan Mehmet Fırat’a ait olduğu üzerinde duruluyor
Fransa’nın Bergères-sous-Montmirail bölgesinde, işkence edilerek öldürülen sonra ormana bırakılan cesedin, bir ay önce ortadan kaybolan Mehmet Fırat’a ait olam ihtimali yüksek. Cesedin üzerindeki elbiseleri maktulün dayısı Mustafa Öner tanıdı. Cesedin Mehmet Fırat’a ait olup olmadığı DNA testinden sonra kesinlik kazanacak.
Fransa’nın Bergères-sous-Montmirail bölgesinde bulunan erkek cesetinin bir Türk göçmene ait olabileceği ortaya çıktı. Bir ay önce önce ortadan kaybolan ve ailesi tarafından Paris polisine kayıp olduğu bildirilen Mehmet Fırat’a (23) ait olduğu düşünülen ceset 26 Mayıs 2013 Pazar günü Reims şehrinin Bergères-sous-Montmirail ormanlık alanında bulundu. Fransız bir kadın tarafından bulunan erkek cesedinin Reims Jandarması ve olay yeri inceleme ekipleri tarafından incelendiği açıklandı. Her yerde yeğenini arayan, dayı Mustafa Öner, basında çıkan haberler üzerine polise başvurarak, bulunan cesedin bir ay önce ortadan kaybolan Mehmet Fırat’ ait olabileceğini bildirildi. Ceset halen otopside olduğu için Öner’e gösterilmezken, cesetten çıkarılan elbiselerin kayıp Mehmet Fırat’a ait olduğu anlaşıldı.
Olay yerinde incelemelerde bulunan güvenlik görevlileri, Fırat’ın iki hafta önce öldürülerek, cesetinin ormanlık alana bırakıldığını açıkladı. Vücudunda ölmeden önce darp edildiğine dair belirgin izler bulunan maktulün ellerinin elektrik kablosu ile bağlandığı ve öldüresiye dövüldüğü belirtiliyor. Olay yerinde yapılan incelemede maktulün vucudunda çok sayıda kırığın ve doku ezilmelerin olduğu, Fransız basınında geniş yer buldu.
İŞKENCE YAPILMIŞ VE KAFASI BALYOZLA EZİLMİŞ
Cesedi teşhis etmek için Reims Adli Tıp Kurumu yetkilileri ile görüşen Mustafa Öner, kendisine gösterilen elbiselerin yeğeni Mehmet Fırat’ a ait olduğunu açıkladı. Öner,"Yeğenime görülmemiş işkenceler yapılmış. Polis yetkilileri bana yeğenimin kafasının balyoz ya da benzeri bir cisimle ezildiğini, tanımamın imkansız olduğunu söyledi."dedi. Cesedin şuan otopside olduğunu belirten Öner,"Otopsiden sonra görmeme izin verecekler. Benden DNA testi için diş fırcası ve traş bıçaklarını istediler. Yetkililer, DNA testinden sonra cesetin Mehmet Fırat’a ait olup olmadığının kesinlik kazanacağını söylüyorlar."şeklinde konuştu.

Dayısı ve birkaç hemşehrisi dışında fazla tanıdığı olmayan Mehmet Fırat’ın bir ay önce ortadan kaybolduğunu dile getiren Mustafa Öner,"Polise üç kez kayıp bildiriminde bulundum. Bütün aramalarıma rağmen herhangi bir sonuç alamadım.Bugün polisler ellerinde elbiseleri ile geldiğinde şoka uğradım."ifadelerini kullandı.
İki aydır Paris’te dayısının yanında kalan Mehmet Fırat’ın bekar olduğu ve diğer akrabalarının Urfa Halfeti’de yaşadığı belirtiliyor.
Urfa'da gelin verilen kadınların dramı!
Bozova ve Halfeti'nin köylerinde yaşayan genç kadınlar, aracılar tarafından ücret karşılığında batı ve Karadeniz illerine gelin veriliyor.
Urfa'nın Bozova ilçesine bağlı Yaylak beldesi ile Halfeti ilçesine bağlı Yukarı Göklü (Gogan) beldesi arasında bulunan yaklaşık 20 köyde genç kadınlar, "komisyon" alınarak Kütahya, Eskişehir, Afyon, Çorum gibi batı ve Karadeniz illerinden gelen ve kendilerinden oldukça yaşlı şahıslarla evlendiriliyor. Aileler, soyadını dahi bilmedikleri şahıslarla evlendirilen çocuklarının mutlu olduğunu savunurken, kendilerinden yaş be yaş büyük olan kişilerle evlendirilen genç kadınlar ise, aileleri tarafından okuldan alınıp tarlada çalıştırıldıklarını belirterek, maruz kaldıkları baskı nedeniyle bilmedikleri ve tanımadıkları yaşamı "kurtuluş" olarak tercih ettiklerini dile getirdi. 15 yaşındaki Z. Z. isimli genç kadın, nişanlandırıldığı Afyonlu Bayram Karakaş hakkında hiç bir bilgiye sahip olmadığı gibi "Ya ismimi değiştirirse" kaygısı yaşadığını söylemesi kendisinin olduğu gibi diğer genç kadınların içerisinde bulunduğu dramı özetliyor. Batı illerinden gelen şahıslara aracılık yapıp para aldığı iddia edilen Faik Arıkan'ın ise 4 çocuğunu aynı yöntemle Kütahya'dan birilerine gelin verdiği ortaya çıktı.
'Biz çalışıyoruz erkekler yatıyor'
Bozova'nın Kosar (Qosar) köyünden Karanfil A. isimli yurttaş, Besime adındaki çocuğunu 7 yıl önce Kütahyalı Yakup isimli birine, Songül adındaki çocuğunu ise 4 yıl önce yine Kütahya'dan Ramazan isimli biri ile evlendirdiğini belirterek, soyadlarını dahi bilmediği çocuklarını, davul zurna eşliğinde uğurladığını dile getirdi. Çocuklarının rızasını aldığını savunan Karanfil A, "Demek ki kısmeti oradaymış ki oraya gitti. Çocuğu olduğu zaman da yanına gittik. Damat tarafı dininde imanında, niyazında olan bir ailedir. Maddi durumları da yerindedir. Damadın ailesi Türk. Ne onlar benden bir şey anlayabiliyor ne de ben onlardan. Okula gitmemişim Türkçeyi nasıl bileyim" dedi. Ablalarının gelin gitmesine anlam vermeye çalışan 19 yaşındaki kardeşleri Fatma A ise, "Ablalarım Kütahya'ya gelin olarak gitti. Ailelerini seviyorlar. Ara sıra gidip geliyoruz. Her gün telefon açıyorlar. Herhangi bir sorun olmadığını söylüyorlar. Mecbur kaldılar ve oraya gittiler. Akrabalarımız çok az, babam tek kişidir. Dayılarım var onlar da sahiplenmedi. Onlar da sonuçta kendi gönlüyle oraya gitti. Hiçbir eksiği de yok" dedi. Kendi geleceğini kurgulayan Fatma A, şu trajik gerçeklere işaret etti: "Ben de şimdi evli değilim. Ama kısmetim orada olsa ben de giderim. Neticede abilerinin hanımları sana bakmaz. Orada burada sürüneceğime ben de kardeşlerim gibi gitmek zorunda kalırım. Bana sorarsan ben akrabalar ile evlenmem. Ablalarıma sahip çıkmayan bana da sahip çıkmasın. Kardeşim çok uzakta doğal olarak onu çok özlüyorum, sadece telefonla konuşup hasret giderebiliyoruz. Bu bölgede genel bir sorundur. Batıya gelin gitme vakaları hep yaşanıyor. Buradaki yaşantımız başlı başına büyük bir sorundur. Sabahtan akşama kadar 20 TL için tarlaya çalışmaya gidiyoruz. Çapa yapıp, pamuk topluyoruz. Sulama yapıyoruz. Erkekler de öğlene kadar kendilerine yatıyorlar. Kimse de onlara karışmıyor. Yani anlayacağınız bütün yük kadınların omuzlarındadır."
Annesinin cenazesine gelemedi
Aynı köyden 7 yıl önce adı ve soyadını dahi hatırlamadığı Tokatlı biri ile kardeşi Filiz'i evlendiren Mahmut A. isimli yurttaş ise, şu an kardeşinin simasını hatırlayamadığını söyledi. "Filiz Tokat'a gelin olarak gitti" diyen Mahmut A. şunları söyledi: "Tabi kardeşimi gelin olarak verdikten sonra pişman da olduk. Keşke vermeseydik. Tokat 600 kilometre uzaklıkta ve kardeşimi göremiyorum. Bazı insanlar araya girerek kızlarımızın uzak yerlere gitmelerine neden oluyorlar. Sonuçta kandırılıyoruz. Aileyi de tam olarak tanıyamıyoruz. Nedir, neyin nesidir? Bilemiyoruz. Bu konuda Kürtlere sesleniyorum; kesinlikle kızlarınızı ve kardeşlerinizi uzak yerlerdeki yörelere vermeyin. Annelerinin dizlerinin başında otursunlar. Anne, babalarına hizmet etsinler daha iyidir. Kendi yörelerindeki insanlarla evlensinler. Kör, topal birisiyle evlensinler; ama batıdan herhangi birisiyle evlendirmeyin." Yaşadıklarından ders çıkartmadıklarını söyleyen Mahmut A, "Kendini uyanık sananlar, ailelerin yakasına yapışıp arabuluculuk yapıyorlar. Aileleri kandırıyorlar. 'Bir aile var, varlıklı, zengin, iyi bir aile' diyerek insanlarımızı kandırıyorlar. Para karşılığında kızlarımızın da hayatlarını mahvediyorlar" diyerek, çocuklarının resmen para karşılandığında satıldığını anlattı. Filiz'in annesinin cenazesine dahi gelemediğini hüzünlü bir şekilde anlatan Mahmut A, "Ondan önce de annesi yaklaşık 3 ay yoğun bakımda kaldı. Aradaki mesafeden dolayı gelemedi. Eşi de ona 'Tek başına gidiyorsan git, gitmiyorsan senle gelemeyiz' dedi. Telefonla konuşuyoruz ama insan birbirlerini göremedikten sonra rahat olamıyor" diye konuştu.
'Kürt kızlarını köle niyetine alıyorlar'
Anne ve babası yaşamını yitirdikten sonra Afyon'un Dinar ilçesine gelin olarak verilen Şakire isimli genç kadının ağabeyi Muhittin Ş. de kardeşinin şu anki soyadını bilmediğini belirtti. Muhittin Ş, kardeşi Şakire'nin öyküsüne dair şunları anlattı: "Sonuçta farklı bir yer ve kültür. Şüphesiz oraya giden kızlarımız belli bir zamandan sonra büyük sorunlarla karşılaşıyorlar. İnsanlar genelde maddiyata önem veriyorlar. Ben kardeşimin evini görmüş değilim. Sadece telefonla bazen konuşuyoruz. Batıdan gelip kızlarımızı isteyenler de genelde fakir, ekonomik durumları zayıf olan insanlardır. Orada da kız verilmeyen kişiler geliyorlar ve bizim güzel Kürt kızlarımızı resmen köle niyetine alıyorlar. Kızlarımız oraya gidip tarlada çalışıp hayvanlara bakıyorlar. Anlayacağın oraya gidip kölecilik yapıyorlar."
Şakire'nin ablası Adile Ş. ise, kardeşinin evini görmediğini söyledi ve "Biz onların kızlarını istesek onlar bize vermez bunu çok iyi biliyorum. Bizlerle dalga geçiyorlar. Ve bunu bile bile yine de çocuklarımızı veriyoruz maalesef. Şimdi iki çocuğu var. Ve perişan haldeler. Önce geldiklerinde bunlar zengin, varlıklı kişiler diye tanıttırılıyorlar. Ama sonradan hiçbir şeylerinin olmadığı ortaya çıkıyor. Gittikten sonra çok üzüldüm. 3 gün ağladığımı hatırlıyorum. Kaderimiz böyleymiş demek. Kesinlikle bizim düştüğümüz hataya kimse düşmesin" dedi.
'Aracılık yapıyorum'
Kadınların para karşılığı evlendirilmesine aracılık yaptığı ileri sürülen Dina köyünden Faik Arıkan, 4 çocuğunu Kütahya'ya gelin vermiş. 7 yıl önce kızını kayın pederinin aracılığı ile gelin verdiğini söyleyen Arıkan, "Aradan 3-4 yıl geçti ve benim diğer kızlarım Tevrat, Yemen ve Kudret'e de aynı yerden 3 kardeş talip çıktı. Yavaş yavaş kız kardeşlerin 4'ü de gitti. Oralar da Türklük, Kürtlük diye bir şey yoktur" diyerek, kendini savundu. Arıkan, para karşılığı aracılık yaptığı yönündeki iddialara ilişkin ise şu anlatımlarıyla doğruladı: "Dışarıdan bazen misafirlerim geliyor, onlara gelin bulmak için yardımcı oluyorum. 'Senin tanıdığın iyi akrabaların varsa almak istiyoruz' diyorlar. Ben de varsa var diyorum. Yoksa zaten yok diyorum. Hatta karşılığında bana para da teklif edildi, ben reddettim. Öyle bir şey olur mu dedim. 'Akrabayız, dostuz ve bu tür hayırlı işler de para alınır mı?' diyerek kesinlikle olmaz dedim. Benim aracılığımla onları tanıştırıyorum." Çocuklarından uzak kalmanın acısı yüzüne yansıyan anne Telli Arıkan ise sadece, kızlarının mutlu olduğunu söylemekle yetindi.
'Afyon'da beni nasıl bir yaşam bekliyor bilmiyorum'
Cındi Z. adlı yurttaş da kimlikte 15; ancak kendi söylemiyle 20 yaşında olan çocuğu Z'yi Afyonlu Bayram Karakaş ile nişanlandırdı. 2 ay içinde Afyon'a gelin olarak gidecek olan ve annesinin yanında iken konuşmak istemeyen, daha sonra yalnız kaldığında yaşadıklarını anlatan Z., kendisini bekleyen yaşam ile köyde maruz kaldıklarını anlatırken, köydeki genç kadınların yaşadığı dramı özetliyor. "Bir kez tanışma fırsatı bulduğum nişanlıma 'İsmimi yanlış söylüyorsun' dedim ve doğru söylemesini istedim. O da bana 'Sonra bakarız' dedi. Daha sonra ismimin değiştirilmesinden çok korkuyorum" diyen Z, şunları dile getirdi: "Köyden kurtulmak istiyordum. Aklınıza gelebilecek bütün işleri yaptırıyorlar. İlk başta geldiklerinde çok uzaktır diye kabul etmedim. Ama köyden kurtulmak için kararımı değiştirdim. Çünkü köyden nefret ediyorum. Bu köyde çok baskı var. Ağır işler yaptırıyorlar. Bu köyde yapmadığım iş kalmadı. Böylece şehre gitmeyi bir kurtuluş olarak görüyorum. Okulumu okumaya izin vermediler. Kardeşimi de okuldan aldılar zaten. Okumayı seviyordum. Ama izin vermediler. Eğer bir aile çocuğunu okul yerine pamuğa gönderiyorsa, insan bu aileden bir an önce kurtulmak ister. Orada neyle karşılaşacağımı bile bilmiyorum. İsmimi mi değiştirirler, artık ne yaşayacağımı bile bilmiyorum. Ben sadece bana dediklerine, konuştuklarına inanarak yola çıkıyorum." Z'nin annesi de ise gözleri dolu biçimde çocuğuna bakarak, "Kızıma baskı yaparlarsa geri alırım" dedi.
Tarım işçisi çocuklar karnelerini tarlada aldı
Eğitim Sen Urfa Şube Başkanı Halit Şahin, Urfa'nın Bozova ilçesi Sarunc köyünde mevsimlik tarım işçiliği yapan yurttaşların okullarını bırakmak zorunda kalan çocuklarına, tarlada karne verdi. Pamuk tarlasında çalışan yaklaşık 10 çocuk ve aileleri ile sohbet eden Şahin, mevsimlik tarım işçiliğinin Kürt çocukları için kader olmadığını ve önlem alınmasıgerektiğini belirtti.
Suriye'de savaştan kaçıp gelen yüz binlerce yurttaşa kucak açabilen bir devletin, kendi yurttaşına aynı hassasiyetle yaklaşmadığını ifade eden Şahin, çocukların okul döneminde okulda olmaları gerektiğini kaydetti.
Ellerinde çapa bulunan çocuklara karnelerini veren Şahin, Urfa'da her yıl 110 bini öğrenci olmak üzere 350 bin yurttaşın mevsimlik tarım işçiliği için göç ettiğini belirtti. Nisan, Aralık ayları arasında çocukların tarlada kaldığını ve dönemin yarısında okulda bulunmadıklarını söyleyen Şahin, "Milli Eğitim veya hükümet hiçbir tedbir almıyor. Bu çocuklar okullarından uzakta günlük 15 TL'ye çalışmak zorunda bırakılıyor. Tedbir alınmaz ise çocuklar için bir gelecekten bahsedemeyiz" dedi.
20 TL'ye köle gibi çalıştırılıyorlar
Karneleri ellerinde, çapa yapmaya devam eden çocuklardan Ahmet Çiftçi, lise 1'inci sınıf öğrencisi olduğunu söyleyerek, karnesini okulda almak istediğini, ancak babası hasta olduğu için çalışıp ailesine bakmak zorunda olduğunu belirtti. Ortaöğretim öğrencisi Sakine Ayhan ve Emine Çiftçi ise yüzlerini kapatarak, "Okumak çok güzel ama biz çalışmak zorundayız" dedi. Ayhan ile Çiftçi, gün doğumu ile batımı arası çalıştıklarını ve karşılığında 20 TL aldıklarını söyledi. İlköğretim son sınıf öğrencisi Medine Erbil'in çalışma nedeni ise daha trajik. Medine, ağabeyi ile tarlaya gelmesinin nedenini şöyle anlattı: "Babam hasta. Para kazanamıyor. Para kazanıp ailemize bakmak zorundayız. Babamın tedavi parasını kazanmamız lazım."
